I have struggled with sleep issues on and off for a number of years. I often find my mind racing with the day’s stresses, and when I do fall asleep I am prone to troubling nightmares and stress dreams. However, since I began listening to Gillian’s audio program at night, I have noticed profound changes in my sleep habits.
